Job Description
-Planning and implementation of recruiting activities (promoting recruiting activities for engineers in the development team in coordination with the PM)
-Maintenance of internal regulations and labor management system(received the draft from HQ and update for Indonesia ver)
-Office operations and facilities management
-Management and training of accounting and other team members
-Maintenance and operation of compliance system including labor laws
-Implementation of systems and measures in cooperation with the head office in Japan
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
・Have working experience as HRGA manager at least 3years
・Have business Japanese skill
・Have working experience related labor
