Job Description
-Make and control long-term plans, work plans, and budgets for the field of human resources
-Make and organize the reports to HQ in Japan (ex compliance, corporate governance)
-Evaluating the performance of human resources
-Managing and fostering the staffing administration and employee welfare
-Negotiate with labor union and adjust regulation or rules
-Plan payroll with the accounting department
-Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Have more than 10 years working experience as HR
・Have more than 5 years working experience as HR manager
・Have business English skills
