Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Make and control long-term plans, work plans and budgets for the field of human resources.
- Carry out organizational development and evaluation with the development of corporate policies.
- Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of utilization, fostering and developing human resources.
- Evaluating the performance of human resources
- Managing and fostering the staffing administration and employee welfare
- Able to carry out analysis and evaluation of the application of policies in the HR field including planning, regulating, controlling, evaluating and developing or improving work methods/ procedures related to the management of the company's human resources.
- Implement & evaluate the results of the employee needs planning process in accordance with the input planned by the company, identify problems & plan improvements 
- Organize & develop organizational development process & performance management, accompanied by evaluation of information systems & HR administration
- Plan payroll with accounting department
- Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Bachelor's Degree
・Min. Business Level English
・Min. 3 years of experience as an HRGA manager in foreign Manufacturing, handling all HR aspects and has improved or established a new system
・Strong understanding of Labor Law
・Tactful, Strong attention to detail to administration data
