Job Description
- Responsible in managing all HR functions such as: Recruitment, Organizational Development, Employee data, Compensation and Benefit, Performance Appraisal, etc
- Monitor policy, rules and regulations and labor laws
- Work closely with other division and execute business in cooperation
- Communication and coordination with Union
- Responsible in handling company's license
- Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Min Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, or related major
・Min 5-10 years experience as Manager in manufacture
・Experience in industrial relations handling more than 1000 employees and tripartite
・Fluent in English both oral and written
