Job Description
- Responsible for handling the full spectrum of HR, recruitment, and administration management, including setting up company policies and regulations
- Responsible for absenteeism and payroll
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Responsible for employees' KPIs
- Handling employee disciplinary issues and providing solutions such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures
- Nurturing a positive working environment
- Annual budgeting
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
・Bachelor’s degree from any major.
・5 years of experience as HRGA Manager from any Multinational company.
・Experience in handling full spectrum of HRGA including (Recruitment, Treatment, PMS, Evaluation, Education, Salary Calculation, Labor jobs,
HR strategy/system formulation, Employees relation, Company regulation, HRIS)
・Business English proficiency.
