Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Handling permits related to documents for expatriates and translate for expatriates when necessary.
- Organizing company documents and data
- Communicating and coordinating with third parties
- Handling various regulations in General Affair Dept.
- Assist with company recruiting and interview scheduling
- Handling HR related duties such as Payroll, attendances, etc.
- Create report to HQ for any HRGA related issue
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Diploma Degree
・High conversational Mandarin and Conversational English proficiency
・1 or more years of administration or HR experience
・Willing to do HRGA, admin and interpretation/translation tasks
・Detail oriented, good task & time management, and responsible
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience in a Chinese company
