Job Description
GA:
- Handling Corporate Approval Process which is required by Japan HQ. (High Skill in Writing of English is a must.)
- Preparing letters issued to other parties such as authorities, checking the wording of the contracts. (Important documents will be reviewed and prepared by the Law Firm. Others will be reviewed and prepared in-house.)
- Handling IT related matters (coordination with IT consultant), preparing the company's rules and any other work related to GA.
- Assisting in expatriate permit process such as hosting and EPO
- Assisting all GA matters
HR:
- Monitoring Staff’s attendance and absence, and report to Management, handling annual leave/sick leave, handling medical claims.
- Assisting in the interview and evaluation process of new staff.
- Preparation of all requirements for new employees such as laptop, ID card, business card, access card.
- Handling expatriate matters such as employment agreement, salary and benefits calculation, monthly and annual tax preparation (coordination with tax consultant), tax ID, BPJS, etc.
- Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- More than 3 years experience as HRGA in Japanese company
- Business Level English
- Experience in reviewing approval forms from other departments and approval flow including head office
- Be able to do tasks quickly and accurately
- Have skills for Microsft Office
