Job Description
- Organize and supervise daily HR and GA activities to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Responsible for but not limited to handling agreements, company assets, permits, procurement of goods/services, building and vehicle maintenance, and HSE control
- Responsible in ISO 9001, 14001, and SNI
- Implement and oversee the regulations related to labor and SHE regulation
- Creating report to HR Manager
- Oversee employee recruitment, training and development processes
- Other related task
Job Requirement
・Minimum 2 years' experience as HRD/GA Coordinator/Supervisor, preferably in Japanese manufacturing
・ Experienced in companies with more than 300 employees
・Good understanding and able to implement the regulations related to labor and SHE regulation
・ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve human resources related issues.
・ Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with employees at all levels.
