Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the strategy overall business
- Bridging management & employee relations by addressing demands, complaints or other issues
- Manage the recruitment & selection process
- Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human resources
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures, throughout the organization
- Maintain a positive work environment
- Supervise and manage a performance appraisal system that promotes high performance
- Manage HR Generalist, GA, IT, Management system functions (IATF, 5S, Safety, Training, etc)
- Other related tasks as assigend
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree
・2 years of experience as HRGA Supervisor from automotive manufacturing company
・Conversational level English
