Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Support the achievement of HSE targets. - Maintain all HSE data and assist the Operations Manager in implementing major HSE projects. - Conduct regular audits to identify problems and improvement opportunities in all areas, including safety. - Ensure high standards of housekeeping (5S) and visual management are always maintained on the shop floor. - Conduct training and coach all team members to continuously improve their understanding and skills in HSE areas. - Proactively lead in the company’s Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and systems, including ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, and ensure the implementation of all group safety policies and standards to create a safe work environment. - Issue work permits for all non-repetitive/one-off jobs with the help of the Operations Manager. - Ensure the availability and upkeep of appropriate firefighting facilities and other safety protection systems. - Participate in conducting risk assessments of all tasks carried out in the factory. - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Min. Bachelor’s in industrial or environmental engineering ・Min. Business Level English proficiency (proficient in doing technical discussion in English fluently) ・Min. 5 years working of experience as HSE executive in Chemical Manufacturing company, with experience in implementing the standard in the chemical factory, experienced in doing audit and training ・Own AK3U certification ・Enthusiastic, results driven, has solid problem solving and analytical skills and attitude to make a significant contribution to the site's progress, able to detect, surface, and solve problems <Preferable Skill / Experience > ・Own Ahli Higiene Industri Muda (HIMU) certification
