Job Description
- End-to-end recruitment process for store employees, including job postings, interviews, and selection.
- Handle employee transfers and placement while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Review employee status and administer related documentation.
- Develop, analyze, and implement training, certification, and orientation programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and create performance assessment tools.
- Establish relationships with external vendors for learning & development programs.
- Support the development and implementation of HR programs and systems.
- Monitor HR internal processes to ensure alignment with regulations.
- Handle administration and payments related to recruitment vendors.
- Analyze employee workload based on the organization structure.
- Plan and develop organizational management initiatives to improve unit effectiveness.
- Conduct needs assessments to enhance employee and company performance.
- Contribute to department restructuring for better efficiency.
- Manage HR databases and employee records.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage and report HR-related social media activities.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology / Communication / Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar role
- Ability to lead a team and provide clear strategy & direction and strong communication skill
- Strong ability to manage time and resources effectively.
- Quick to adapt to changes and business demands.
