Job Description
- Handle inquiries from existing clients, primarily Japanese manufacturers, regarding installation and maintenance services. - Visit clients to perform installation and maintenance of HVAC and sanitary equipment. - Instruct and train technicians on proper installation and maintenance procedures. - Other task as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. ・Previous experience in HVAC and sanitary equipment installation and maintenance for 3-4 years. ・Experience working with Japanese companies is an advantage. ・Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and sanitary systems. ・Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) ・Excellent communication and customer service skills. ・Ability to train and guide technicians effectively.
