Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Develop and establish cooperative relationship with major Indonesian industrial/commercial real estate developers. - Prepare and sign Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with real estate developers. - Conduct information analysis and national policies collection related to various industries. - Manage business inspection tours and direct interactions with overseas clients and commercial/industrial real estate developers, ensuring high-quality reception and presentation. - Assist overseas clients in asset acquisition negotiations and transactions. - Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Min. Diploma degree ・Business English proficiency ・Min. 5 years as Sales/Business Development for Commercial Real Estate with familiarity with real estate(include lands) transactions, development, and procedural flows. ・Strong logical thinking, good communication skill, data analysis, and knowledge updating abilities, high emotional intelligence, and a passion for cross-cultural communication <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Extensive network in real estate business and government sectors is highly desirable. ・Have a driver's license (SIM A) and can drive alone ・Working experience in Chinese company ・Basic Mandarin or above
