Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- High volume outbound cold-calling contacts and companies from inquiry
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, primarily, outbound cold calls/emails campaigns 
- Communicate and liaise with user (Business Development Manager) to shape effective outbound sales activity  
- Maintain ongoing relationships with non-active prospects in order to cement a relationship or when the need is there 
- Sales Administration including entering orders into our database system, updating spreadsheets, putting in PO requests and additional administrative work 
- Notify customers of received orders ready for pick-up 
- Provide weekly reporting/status on all inbound leads and outbound calling tied to Business Development Manager and Managing Director 
- Recognize and report on opportunities in CRM and assists Indonesia team with set up and maintenance of CRM  
- Manage incoming sales inquiries and generate quotations through Company ERP and Maintain complete records of all prospects and customer contact, follow-up calls and forecast information into the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) 
- Create and Manage company Social Media Marketing
- Other related tasks as assigned. 

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Bachelor's Degree
・Business Level English Proficiency
・Min. 1 year of experience as Graphic Design or Digital Marketing skill, able to use Graphic Design tools (Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Clip Studio Paint, Procreate, Adobe Premiere Pro, Da Vinci Resolve, Capcut Pro)
・Willing to do Administrative tasks
・Self-driven, good attitude, integrity and resourceful

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Understand Power BI
