OB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for new Internet Travel Consultants (ITC).
ITC handle everything from contracting new hotels to their account management, rate and inventory negotiations, and overall promotion.
You will be responsible for inbound travel from Japan to the Vietnam. by contracting hotels and promoting them to users in Japan.
■Contracting New Hotels:
You will be responsible for researching and finding strong potential hotel partners and contracting them.
Additionally you will be facilitating their setup and registration
■Account Management:
Establishing new accounts
Regular sales meetings
Negotiating and setting rates and promotions(create them in Japanese)
Negotiating and securing inventory
Preparing and Negotiating advertising campaigns with hotels
Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of content and photos for the hotels
■Customer Service:
Adjustment on problem between Hotels and users (guests).
Mainly it will be the negotiation or discussion with the hotel accounts for the issues when the guests may have before check-in, during the stay, after check out. (example: overbooking, payment, claims on the rooms, etc.)
■Others:
Planning and hosting an Client Event (once a year)
Handle any inquiries from the Tokyo HQ (survey, recommending hotels for their business trip, making a reservation, etc.)
■General Area Promotion:
Working with other sales staff and our office on ongoing promotions throughout the year. This will encompass a wide variety of activities designing new ad campaigns, entry of hotels in our various promotions.
REQUIREMENT
・ Must be fluent in both written and verbal Japanese and English
・Excellent written and verbal skills. You will be meeting with and presenting
materials to both clients and management in Tokyo.
・Experience in travel industry is NOT NECESSARY.
・Fresh Graduate is Welcome
・Who like to challenge new thing.
・Computer skills: MS Office Suite (primarily Excel, Power Point) Experience
REMUNERATION
Basic Salary:2,000,000 IDR~ 5,000,000IDR / month (Negotiable)
