Job Description
Mission - Handling for project (Contact group companies to check and maintain the Laptop/PC conditions and maintenance)
- Handle inquiries from the clients in Japanese and English
- Response to customer's complain or problem
- Act as a bridge for customer and internal team
- Make regular report to management
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
・Fresh Graduates are welcome
・Business Japanese minimal N2 proficiency and Conversational English
・Willing to do shift work and learn IT system & IT Service
・Microsoft Skill
