Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Ensure that infrastructure & security, including hardware, software, antivirus, policies, firewalls, networks, email, CCTV, and other equipment can run properly, in order to create effective and efficient IT services - Ensure the data collection, maintenance and upkeep of IT Hardware is in accordance with the predetermined schedule, as well as ensuring the availability and maintaining the accuracy of IT stock of IT goods - Ensure that backup and restore processes are carried out in accordance with established procedures - Plan and implement projects, fulfill project requirements, and produce project results, especially for the IT Infrastructure & Security unit - Ensure company data is well-secured - Analyze and apply new security policies to protect networks - Foster, Organize and coordinate the subordinate units to ensure infrastructure & Security can run well and provide benefits to the company - Ensure user access to software, internet, email applications, and databases within the company is in accordance with existing policies and regulations - Plan and execute projects, meet project requirements, and create project deliverables specifically for the IT Infrastructure & Security unit - Ensure Security by CMS can run in accordance with applicable procedures - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar ・Conversational English proficiency ・Min. 5 years of experience as IT Infrastructure in the logistics, transportation, manufacture, or financial industry industry ・Good understanding of IT Infrastructure and maintenance related to hardware, software, antivirus, policies, firewall, network, email, CCTV, security ・Good communication skill, good interpersonal skill, good problem solving skill
