Job Description
1. Technical Leadership & Cloud Infrastructure Management
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure.
Ensure the availability, performance, and security of cloud-based services.
Manage system upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery planning.
Collaborate with product and development teams to enhance cloud solutions.
2. Service Operations & Customer Support (Onboarding)
Lead and improve IT service management (ITSM) processes (incident, problem, change management).
Ensure high-quality technical support and timely resolution of customer issues.
Develop and implement service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the support team.
3. Team Management & Development
Supervise and mentor technical engineers and service support staff.
Foster a high-performance culture and continuous learning within the team.
Conduct regular training to keep the team updated on cloud technologies and industry best practices.
4. Security & Compliance
Ensure compliance with industry security standards and best practices (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.).
Work with security teams to implement and enforce cybersecurity policies.
Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies for cloud infrastructure.
5. Strategic Planning & Process Optimization
Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and cost optimization.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging cloud technologies.
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
・Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud services, or IT service management
・At least 3 years as manager in IT teams.
・Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OpenStack, VMware, etc.).
・Experience with Linux & Windows server administration.
・Understanding of networking (firewalls, VPN, load balancing, DNS, etc.).
・Proficiency in virtualization, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation (Ansible, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines).
・Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and IT service management tools.
・Business Level of English
