<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Drive revenue growth by developing and implementing strategic Software Solutions sales initiatives, pursuing opportunities, nurturing client relationship and promoting comprehensive IT services and solutions
<Job Responsibilities>
- Recommend and provide tech insights to clients for their organizational needs
- Plan and strategize for sales growth
- Develop understanding of businesses' needs and pin point the IT solutions effectively
- Collaborate with the technical team to create tailored proposals and presentations for potential clients
- Supervise team and collaborate to achieve goals
- Make sales pipeline and revenue projections
- Provide regular reports for management
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar
・Business English proficiency (ability to communicate with foreign clients regarding technical IT matters, TOEIC of 850+ or similar)
・Min. 7 years working in Software solutions as Sales with 5 years in leadership role, including 3 yeas in a multinational company, handling clients from banking/insurance/manufacture/FMCG
・Strong understanding of technical software applications and modification for solutions
・Results-oriented, strong problem-solving skills and stakeholder management, excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills, ability to work in a dynamic team environment
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・MBA degree
