Job Description
- Spearhead the development of comprehensive strategic IT plans for company and internal team
- Identify and implement cutting-edge IT solutions to support business growth and improve system efficiency.
- Formulate and manage the annual IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while meeting the company's technological needs.
- Monitor expenditures to ensure alignment with financial forecasts and overall business strategies.
- Establish and maintain close coordination with Headquarters in Japan to align local IT strategies with global standards and best practices.
- Facilitate the smooth integration of international IT projects and system updates across internally.
- Lead annual IT audits in collaboration with Headquarter in Japan and IT teams from other branch, ensuring all systems comply with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
- Implement corrective actions based on audit findings to optimize performance and mitigate risks.
- Analyze the current IT infrastructure to identify areas requiring improvement and develop strategic enhancement plans.
- Oversee the implementation of new systems and updates to optimize performance, scalability, and security.
- Lead the IT team, ensuring clear communication of goals and fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
- Provide mentorship and training to team members, ensuring skill development and the achievement of departmental objectives.
- Ensure IT systems are fully integrated with internal business processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Stay updated with the latest IT trends and innovations, recommending and implementing new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
Job Requirement
・Proven experience (at least 10 years) in IT management roles, preferably within large organizations or multinational corporations.
・Experience in managing IT infrastructure, system development, and vendor relationships.
・Strong understanding of IT audit processes, compliance, and system optimization.
・Experience working with Japanese companies or multinational corporations is highly preferred.
・A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is required. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (CISSP, PMP, etc.) would be an added advantage.
・Strong strategic planning and budgeting skills, with the ability to formulate and manage IT budgets effectively.
・Excellent coordination and communication skills, especially in working with international teams (preferably Japan).
・Proficiency in IT infrastructure analysis, with a demonstrated ability to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.
・Strong leadership skills, with experience managing IT teams and fostering a collaborative, results-oriented environment.
・Familiarity with global IT trends and the ability to apply innovative solutions to local challenges.
・Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
