Job Description
- Supervise, coordinate, and train IT staffs to perform all actions related to all IT matters. - Maintain all Software, Hardware, and security systems. - Software development support (full stack programming) - SAP R3 support. - Make sure troubleshooting of IT systems (PC, Servers, PABX systems CCTV, public equipment [projector, webcams, etc]) is running properly. - Establish and maintain high standards of IT housekeeping and continue education/training activities on security, safety & environment. - Other duties that may be assigned.
Job Requirement
・Bachelor’s degree in computer science/Information Technology ・Min.3 years’ experience in Supervisory/Leader Position ・Mastering for computer programming/Full stack programming (.Net, Javascript, node js, python, angular) and maintenance ・Mastering MS Office X/365 (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, etc), Win 10/X, Windows Server 2012, Azure, Etc. ・Mastering integrated ERP System (SAP R3/S4 HANA) ・Mastering System security and data backup/recovery (BCP) ・Database Administration (PostgreSQL, MS-SQL, H4, etc.), Network & Server Infrastructure, Public Address, CCTV & other new IT technology, Telephone PABX systems ・Ability to review the procedure for support and to pinpoint opportunities to develop the efficiency of business ・Ability to communicate and deal with persons of varying backgrounds. ・Strong analytical and excellent decision skills to prioritize the scope of work. ・Written and oral in English
