Job Description
- Assist and act as translator at HO and while visiting stores
- Communicate with vendor/3rd party for user's need (Apartment, bank, Visa, ITAS, etc).
- Make a request to the GA department for the user's business trip (Ticket, hotel, etc).
- Translate document - request from user (JP-EN-ID) and other departments (JP-EN-ID).
- Interpreting on all meetings involving the user (internal department or third party)
- Prepare meeting schedule and agenda to be blast to related employees and make minutes of meeting.
- Other task as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor Degree
・Minimum 2-3 years experience in the same field from any industry
・JLPT N2 (minimum)
・Having good communication & administration skills
・Willing to working out of office hour (sometimes)
