Job Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Japanese expatriates, corporate clients, and investors.
- Provide after-sales support, including assistance with property management and leasing.
- Act as a liaison between Japanese clients and local stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication.
- Translate documents and interpret during meetings to bridge language and cultural gaps.
- Research and shortlist properties that match client criteria.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing detailed explanations of features, benefits, and potential investment returns.
- Assist clients in price negotiations with property owners, landlords, or developers.
- Support clients in contract preparation and ensure all necessary legal and financial requirements are met.
- Provide insights into the Indonesian real estate market
Job Requirement
・Have a minimum of D3 degree in Japanese language or equivalent
・Have a minimum of 1 year of working experience which is related to real estate business such as, developer, property consultant and equivalent
・Fresh graduated is welcome to apply
・Business level for both Japanese (JLPT N2)
・Good communication and interpersonal skills
・Strong personality, honest and able to work as a team as well as individual
