- Interpreted meetings and business discussions for the Collection Department
- Translated collection reports, emails, and legal or operational documents
- Facilitated communication between local staff and expatriates
- Assisted Japanese Manager with daily tasks related to overdue account management
- Supported documentation for repayment plans, settlements, and legal escalation processes
- Helped coordinate communication with customers, legal teams, and head office when needed
- Performed other related duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language/Literature or a related field
- Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2/N1) and English
- At least 1 year of experience as a Japanese Interpreter, OR for Fresh Graduates must have JLPT N2 certification
- Able to operate Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
