Job Description
- Analyze jigs and tools that are used in the production department. -Create reports on analysis results to be reported to management. -Determine which tools can be replaced or can still be used. -Standardization of machine tools and consumables such as jigs and fixtures - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering ・Min 2 years of experience as Mechanical Engineer Assistant Manager ・8. Advanced knowledge of cutting, machining and sheet metal guidelines, both manual and CNC machines, and machining standards (e.g. ISO standards on general machining and tolerances). ・Knowledge of manufacturing technology for parts in the automotive industry (work experience is an advantage) ・Knowledge and experience with additive manufacturing technologies (3D printing). ・Knowledge of material characteristics (Steel)
