Job Description
1.Sub-Brand Manager for Feminine Care
- Analyze consumer and retail data to develop actionable insights and strategies for the sub-brand.
- Design and implement sub-brand strategies that align with the company's overarching goals.
- Oversee and manage new product development projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with market needs.
2.Budget Planning and Management:
- Actively participate in the budget planning process, contributing to the definition and allocation of advertising, market research, and development costs.

Job Requirement
・Min Bachelor Degree from related major
・Min 2 years experience in end-to-end brand marketing
・Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
・Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
・Solid understanding of marketing principles, including STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning) and the 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion).
・ Prior experience in a multinational company is a strong advantage
