Responsibilities
- Creating concept for Brand Development and Campaign Strategy
- Conduct competitive strategic analysis, consumer segmentation, and consumer insight development
- Organizing brand promotional event and activation
- Organizing brand advertising channel (with advertising agency)
- Together with Sales dept, analyzing the cost ratio and create the strategy to maintain it
Requirement
- Having minimum 3 years experience in Brand division at FMCG company
- Familiar with creating marketing plan, product analysis, and cost ratio analysis
- Good negotiation and excellent communication skill
- Good command in English
Desired Experiences
- Experience in handling Personal care product or Baby product
- Experience in working with Advertising Company / Digital Media Advertising
- Experience in Japanese company
