Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Leads the testing effort and take ownership of the documentation of all QA process and results - Liaises with clients to understand the business issues, processes and organization requirements. - Assists to prepare and review the business processes, requirement and functional specifications based on the proposed solutions to prepare appropriate test cases - Reports, tracks and monitor any issues raised by clients and ensure the issues are resolved in a timely manner. - Communicates closely with client and manage the client expectations and deliverables. - Works closely with the technical team and project manager to ensure successful delivery of the projects according to the schedule. - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Min. Diploma in Computer Science or similar ・Min. English in Business Level Proficiency ・Min. 5 years experience as business analyst in IT solutions or SaaS company, with 4 years in managing end to end projects, experienced in QA Testing and UAT, using project management methodologies and tools such as Jira, Trello, or MS Project, and the MS Office Suite ・Willing to travel overseas if needed ・Not a Job Hopper (stayed in a company around 3 years) ・Critical thinking, target oriented, and good communications <Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Certifications in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum)
