Job Description
- Monitoring performance and productivity to ensure that all staff members are performing efficiently - Responsible for establishing and executing policies, procedures, and programs to ensure products are developed and manufactured - Develop and implement strategies for improving manufacturing processes and machinery performance - Manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards - Prepare and manage budgets for production engineering projects - Develop corrective/preventative (continuous quality improvement) action plans - Collaborate with other department/ division to reporting to management -Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree from mechanical engineering ・Min 1-2 years experience as leader production in Japanese company ・Have experience in production of metal automotive product ・Conversational English
