Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Monitoring lean systems and evaluating system implementation - Monitoring, analyzing and evaluating footwear operational and supporting processes - Outlining and implementing Industrial Engineering and Lean Manufacturing concepts to optimize production processes, reduce costs and improve overall operational efficiency - Responsible for determining the production process route (production process sequence) for each product which includes the process sequence, materials and equipment needed and standard cycle time for each process - Using Autocad software to design effective layouts, workflows and material handling processes - Analyzing production processes in order to minimize wastes (transportation, inventory, movement, waiting, overproduction, unused talent, over processing, and defects) - Preparing and conducting employee training in order to increase productivity and efficiency - Standardizing work areas to improve production performance - Conducting Kick Off Meetings for new projects & renewal projects - Coordinating with related departments related to the readiness of Materials, Machines, Schedules, Man Power, Methods (IK), consumables and project supporting components others - Managing layout in the production and support sector - Monitoring of the trial production process - Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Min. Bachelor's degree in Engineering ・Min. Business Level English proficiency (proficient for technical communication with European expats) ・Min. 7 years in production, experienced in lean manufacture and automation in footwear industry, using autocad, with knowledge of IE and Lean methodology, also experienced in pull production system and value stream mapping ・Proficient in Excel, PPT and Word ・Team player, good work ethics, good interpersonal skill, able to multitask <Preferred Skill / Experience > ・Certification related to Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing
