<Position Objective/Expectation > - Legal affair <Job Responsibilities> - Sending warning letters & lawsuits against overdue customers - Manage external lawyers to handle cases - Conduct compliance review of sales contract process documents - Conduct legal analysis & training - Other Legal Affairs related work - Accustomed to handling debt cases and filing lawsuits in court - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Minimal Bachelor's degree in Law - Business English proficiency - Minimum 2 years experience as Legal, experienced in handling litigation - Must have advocate license (BAS) - Excellent communication, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experienced in Heavy Equipment field
