Job Description

- Prepare drafts and review the company’s contracts, letters of agreement, and other legal documents
- Ensure contracts align with business goals and compliance guidelines, maintain the documentation database, and liaise with other divisions regarding contract preparation and execution
- Manage the validity of all company licenses and permits, ensuring that all required licenses and permits for the company’s commercial and operational aspects are obtained in accordance with prevailing laws and regulations
- Liaise directly with external parties, government institutions, and other relevant regulators
- Develop and implement legal and risk management strategies
- Collaborate with other functions to provide strategic legal insight, assess potential risk exposure, and develop mitigation plans for significant legal and regulatory developments for management
- Organize and coordinate Directors' and Shareholders' meetings, including attending and preparing meeting documentation
- Manage disputes, litigation, and any regulatory matters that may arise or affect the company’s business
- Protect the company’s intellectual property rights, including matters related to trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and copyrights
- Participate in due diligence processes as required by the company
- Handle compliance training
- Perform any other tasks or projects as assigned from time to time

Job Requirement

- Min. bachelor's degree in Law
- Proficient in business-level English, both oral and written
- Min. 3 years of working experience as a Legal & Compliance Assistant Manager in a related field
- Solid knowledge of all relevant local laws and regulations, with proven experience liaising with local regulatory institutions
- Excellent legal analytical skills, legal drafting abilities, experience in providing legal opinions, and strong negotiation skills
- Proven track record in developing and implementing compliance programs and initiatives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Preferably has completed Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat (PKPA)
