Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage Export shipment operation
- Understand & sensitive to recognize gap or abnormality of daily portal input data
- Checking PEB, BL & COO of operational associate (Crucial content specially to detect PPA for compliance, regulation, tariff, document mistake that impact to stop customs clearance)
- Controlling PEB final settlement from forwarder & distribution to sales as per Logistics Department standard
- Control issuing BL from shipping line & COO base on Logistics Department standard
- Monitor final document (Inv, PL) & vanning layout submission from sales as per Logistics Department standard lead time
- Monitor submit data VGM to shipping line of operational associate base on Logistics Department standard
- Prepare & analysis data for Logistics monthly report (volume, cost, document compliance, air freight form data, etc)
- Control status re-import returnable case shipment base on RTA target release
- Checking completeness of supporting doc to issue PEB, BL & COO & make sure 100% of accuracy
Requirements
- Preferably S1 degree from reputable university of any major
- Have experience in Logistics, customs clearance & supply chain minimum 5-7 years
- Holding PPJK license will be advantage
- Have strong logical & analytical thinking
- Understand COO concept (Import & Export) in details such as basic regulation G to G & Rule of Origin (ROO), Indonesia regulation & the implementation of each COO form
- Understand Export-Import operation, Regulation, Licensing in details
- Understand of determination HS code concept & analysis
- Understand problem solving analysis & Improvement concept
- Understand concept pricing of forwarder quotation & sensitive to detect unnecessary cost
- Good in Excel (for data processing especially formula), PPT (for reporting), MS word
- Have good connection with shipping line; forwarder; some source related to customs clearance
