Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Fully responsible for the bonded factory compliance management and cukai management and goods inbound and outbound logistics. - Support and guidance to team for daily basic job and operation. - Formulate department-related management systems and relevant regulations, and supervise their implementation, sort out, formulate and optimize customs clearance & logistics procedures. - Responsible for the new policy research of national government departments such as customs, logistics and formulate countermeasures based on the needs of the company. - Responsible for departmental team management and construction, team recruitment and selection, training, business guidance, assessment work, analysis of error reasons, and follow-up to implement solutions. - Develop, manage and optimize carriers, reduce transportation costs, and make overall arrangements for daily transportation tasks to ensure timely. - Solve various unexpected problems in customs clearance and logistics affairs to ensure the smooth operation of customers' import and export business. - Good communication with the related department, organizing the event or activity etc. - Communicated with business department’s staff and headquarter staff about the business, procedures etc. - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor’s degree or above in logistics major related ・High conversational level Mandarin proficiency (HSK 4, can speak and read) with High conversational English proficiency ・Min. 8 years of work experience, more than 5-year management experience, work experience in related forwarders, shipping line ・Willing to work in Surabaya ・Understand the logistics and customs operation process of import and export; ・Have strong active thinking and understanding abilities, and good organization, coordination and communication skills <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・working experience in manufacturing companies
