Job Description
- Create Purchase Orders for the factory (including Sales Orders)
- Generate Delivery Orders once Sales Orders are completed
- Coordinate with third parties, the factory, customers, and delivery trucks
- Arrange sample boards and wet sample requests, and report the sample list daily
- Monitor production (forecast orders from sales and ensure they match the current database)
- Request import prices from overseas branch and calculate the buying price, including import charges
- Handle invoicing and payments (invoices are created by finance, and in some cases, logistics must re-check)
- Prepare monthly reports in Ms. Excel using data from the PO, SO, and invoices
- Perform other related duties as needed
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in SCM, Logistics Management, or a related field
- Proficient in business-level English
- Min. 2 years of working experience handling Logistics duties
- Communicative, highly adaptable to dynamic situations, and a team player
