Job Description
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems in the production - Ensure proper installation and functioning of electrical components - Implement and monitor TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) strategies to minimize downtime and improve machine efficiency. - Provide technical support for production team through machine maintenance and repair to increase productivity - Review technical drawing using AutoCad for new intallations or modifications - Lead and supervise the technicians and maintenance team - Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, spare parts inventory, and repair history
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's Degree majoring in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering ・ Have min 5 years of experience in plastic / resin manufacturing industry in a related position ・Proficient in using Ms. Office (especially Excel) for data management and reports ・Understand technical drawing with AutoCAD application ・Understand Electrical and installation ・Understand TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
