- Managing the assembly line operations, ensuring the integration of parts into final products. - Emphasizing quality control of the assembled product to meet performance and design standards. - Coordinating processes like fitting, wiring, and testing the final unit. - Collaborating with departments responsible for part supplies to ensure smooth assembly operations. - Driving activities such as Kaizen to improve efficiency in assembly workflows.
Job Requirement
・Fluent in English (preferably Japanese speaking) ・10+ years of experience as a manufacturing, production supervisor or manager. ・Basic knowledge of air conditioners or refrigeration ・In-depth knowledge of production processes ・Excellent goal setting and progress management skills ・Excellent strategic planning and execution skills ・Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills ・Strong leadership with a high sense of responsibility ・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ・Familiar with computer programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
