Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Assist the BD Manager in expanding real estate investment opportunities in Indonesia; - Collect and analyze market data on lands, industrial, commercial, and residential real estate across different regions in Indonesia; - Research policies related to real estate in Indonesia, and understand the regulations for foreign companies or individuals investing in Indonesian real estate; - Prepare relevant industry reports; - Be responsible for receiving and hosting foreign clients during their visits to Indonesia; - Assist with translation tasks - Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Fresh graduates are welcome ・Min. Diploma Degree ・Mandarin Conversation level (able to communicate well with expat) and English basic level ・Maximum 3 years of relevant experience in the Indonesian real estate business ・Proficient in using MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point) ・Strong logical thinking, good communication skill, data analysis, and knowledge updating abilities, high emotional intelligence, and a passion for cross-cultural communication <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・With overseas study backgrounds, especially those who have studied in Mainland China, Hong Kong, or Taiwan, are preferred ・Experience working in major Indonesian real estate developers
