<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda
- Arrange meetings and appointments
- Arrange and prepare transportation, accommodation and other executive needs
- Assist executives in coordinating with various parties
- Prepare memos, files, presentation for executives
- Liaise to overseas group company
- Do ad hoc duties as needed
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree
・Conversational Mandarin and Business English proficiency (fluent in writing, speaking)
・Min. 10 years as Secretary or Personal Assistant for expat Executive level position, experienced in coordinating with external parties, doing administration, correspondence and arrangements, doing interpreting/translating of English & Mandarin
・Proficiency in MS Office
・Good communication, good coordinating skill, good time management skill, meticulous, able to multitask, fast paced
