■This is marketing research position that is for own property
Monitor market property conditions and trends
Gathering data and analyzing the real estate market condition (will often go out of the office to collect data)
Accumulating and analyzing project’s sales and leasing condition
Requirements
・Good command in English speaking and writing
・Able to operate minimum MS Office (word, excel, power point)
・At least 3 years working in Property or Market research industry
