Job Description
- To provide leadership direction, motivate and manage Marketing and Sales team and coaching them in delivering their outputs;
- To conduct market research to determine market requirement and high ability to monitor the current Corporate and Commercial Financing market trends and condition as well as good knowledge and network of the Corporate and Commercial Financing;
- To develop supplier marketing strategy and maximize sales coverage;
- To manage and develop the internal sales team to plan, execute account plans to meet and exceed all targets for sales team;
- To work in a dynamic environment;
- To give response and follow up the work requirements and instructions which is given by Superior and management in accomplishing
- Other task as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor degree (S-1) from Reputable University
・Fluent in English both written and orally
・Has experience in Leasing industry as an assistant Manager minimum 2 years
・Having a good customer database in various industries.
・Knowledge & experience in handling Non Performing asset cases
・Has knowledge about accounting and financial analysis
・Strong sales (good communication) and good analytical skill
・Familiar with Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point)
・Have willingness to learn, to accept and meet challenges
・Able to work in team, target and deadline oriented
