Job Description
・Manage the relationship with the customers [Including making invoice, handling claim, reply for inbound inquiry and so on]
・Accommodate customer request by coordinating with related departments
・Fulfill customer satisfaction, so that order continuity can be maintained
・Focus on company profits
・Aware of various things that are potential losses and make the prevention
・Meeting with supplier for starting, keeping or expanding business
Requirements
・Able to work in Kopo, Kabupaten Bandung [Willing to work in Bandung only]
・Hold JLPT N2 above and able to speak English well
・Have excellent communication and presentation skills
・Able to ride a bike for commuting [There is no parking place for car]
・Not only assistant experience for Japanese
・Coordinating experience with Japanese board member and some stakeholders
・Experience in manufacturing
・Have good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
・Not arrogant
・Passionate
・Able to do advance arrangements with stakeholders
