* Support the expatriat to Collect information about New Projects by communicationg with the Local people
* Listing up the new clients, approaching, making appointments and give presentation, make contract, maintain the relationship
* Dealing with the Contract/agreement that made ( To make sure about the contract contents, including the budget calculation)
* Report to Management about the Contract and the type of construction as client request.
REQUIREMENT
'*Willing to learn Development property
*Who has connection with developer ,Land owner ,real estate company etc.
* Have 5+ years working experience in Real estate industry (Developer) as Marketing or business Development
( selling the vacant properties, it is better that involved in any of the process of development)
e.g. 1) research and negotiation with the investors and land owners,
2) Issuing legal drafts and have experience in negotiation with the stake holders
3) Planning the real estate, estimating the cost and profit, designing the plan to maximize the revenue
4) Project management in the construction phase and after
* Good communication technique skills and have ability
to infiltrate with the Commercial business Clients
REMUNERATION
Basic salary (Net):~15Jata(depend on experience)
