'Main Responsibility : Be able to achieve the sales and profits target
Job Description :
• Be able to make weekly, monthly and season plan, take an action and update the plan based on the actual.
• Be able to master completely routine task and understand the process of merchandising area and take a proper action improve the sales.
• Be able to order our merchandise based on ideal SKU ratio.
• Be able to update based on the sales and sales strategy every week.
• Be able to make official line plan with our will considering sales data and trend. Also be able to update official line plan based on the sales.
• Be able to issue PO based on sales history and trend.
In this grade, candidate are expected to be able to do above tasks independently
• Solve problems which is happenning in the business unit swiftly by involving GHQ and other countries.
• Implement the UQ fundamental principles in the business unit by making strategies based on the business scale and organization.
