<Job Responsibilities>
- Identify opportunities for service improvement, developing action plans, and monitoring progress
- Oversee all aspects of service operations, including service delivery, customer support, and technical support
- Ensure that service levels meet or exceed customer expectations and that service teams are equipped to deliver high-quality service
- Ensure that all service operations comply with company policies and regulations, as well as local laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate records, implementing quality control measures, and addressing any compliance issues that may arise
- Drive operational excellence within the service organization
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, implementing best practices, and providing training and support to service teams
- Recruit, train, and develop team members, as well as providing ongoing support and guidance
- Provide regular reports and analysis on service performance, including key metrics such as customer satisfaction, service levels, and operational efficiency
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
・Min. Business Level English proficiency (Fluency in communicating technical report and discussion orally and written to foreigners)
・Min. 5 years of working experience as assistant manager of After Sales Service in Automotive Industry handling machinery/mechatronic with strong understanding of automotive service operations, technical support, and customer service.
・Proficient in data analysis and reporting
・Must own a car
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
