Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Act as a liaison between Customer Service, Logistics, and Operations teams.
- Assist in ensuring order fulfilment by facilitating inter-department communication.
- Work closely with Customer Service, Logistics, and Operations teams to align production with demand.
- Resolve any operational bottlenecks affecting order fulfilment.
- Oversee daily plant operations to ensure production targets are met.
- Ensure all orders are fulfilled and shipped to customers on time.
- Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Ensure production equipment is maintained according to schedule.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Report directly to the CEO on plant performance, challenges, and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Bachelor’s degree
・Min. Business Level English proficiency (proficient in doing report to foreigner)
・Min. 2 years working of experience as an Office Manager in FMCG industry managing teams and overseeing operations & fulfillment
・Currently residing in Bali area
・Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
