Job Description
- Prepare and manage SKA/COO for export purposes, ensuring compliance with regulations to guarantee SKA/COO exemptions (free of charge) in destination countries.
- Ensure all export documents are accurate and submitted on time to avoid delays and additional costs.
- Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day export activities, including shipment scheduling, cargo handling, and clearance processes.
- Collaborate with customs, shipping lines, and other relevant authorities to ensure smooth export operations.
- Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external partners, such as shipping agents, customs brokers, and customers, to ensure efficient export processes.
- Provide timely updates and reports to the Board of Directors on operational performance and issues.
- Monitor compliance with export regulations and company policies, ensuring that all activities align with industry standards and laws.
- Suggest improvements for export documentation processes and operational efficiency.
- Other task as assigned
Job Requirement
・Minimum 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding, with a strong focus on export operations and SKA/COO documentation.
・Proven track record of managing SKA is mandatory
・Strong knowledge of export regulations and procedures, especially related to SKA/COO for export shipments.
・Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with various stakeholders (internal teams, shipping lines, customs, etc.).
・Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other logistics software.
・Strong attention to detail, organized, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
