Job Description
- Manage and assign staff placement in each store to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure prize refill schedules for game machines are executed on time to maintain an optimal gaming experience.
- Be accountable for achieving store sales targets and conducting sales performance analysis.
- Maintain high customer service standards following company SOPs.
- Ensure store cleanliness and organization, including layout management and game machine maintenance.
- Analyze customer needs and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Oversee and manage the operational team’s performance to maximize efficiency.
- Other task as assigned
Job Requirement
・Minimum Diploma (D3) in a relevant field.
・Experience at least 2-3 years in handling game machines or similar businesses in a competing company.
・Strong sales performance analysis and customer needs analysis skills.
・Ability to work in a dynamic environment with excellent managerial skills.
・Strong communication and leadership skills.
・Good command in English
