<Job Responsibilities>
- Greet and assist clients at the front desk, providing a welcoming and professional environment.
- Translate documents and communications from Japanese to English and vice versa.
- Assist Japanese-speaking clients with their visa applications and related inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about visa requirements, processes, and timelines.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries from clients and consulate.
- Collaborate with the visa processing team to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Perform general administrative duties as needed.
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Bachelor’s degree
・Min. Business Japanese level proficiency, own JLPT 2 certification
・Min. 1 years of working experience as front desk/customer service, experienced in handling direct communications with Japanese natives, interpretation, translation, and administration
・Strong communication, interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Own N1 certification
・Currently residing in Bali area
