Job Description
<Position Objective/Expectation > - PPIC <Job Responsibilities> - Delivering the right product to the right customer in the right quantity and time. - Coordinating with sales team and purchase team for forecast and planning - Organizing shipments under coordination with Customer Service - Maintaining warehouse stock and arrangement for better inventory management - Developing, confirming schedules, and coordinating drivers, vehicles, loads and Journeys - Operating ERP systems (generate Delivery Notes) - Providing cost improvement program including negotiating and agreeing contracts with transporters or other logistic related party. - Planning for and negotiating technical difficulties - Preparing paperwork for regulatory bodies, Customers, etc. - Liaising with direct reports and other department’s staff - Monitor and coordinate deliveries of products within deliveries - Visit out sites to qualify/audit Suppliers (transporters/warehouse) for QHSE Management System functions - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Min. Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering ・Min. Business Level English proficiency (proficient in reporting technical matters in English fluently) ・Min. 5 years working of experience as PPIC in Chemical Manufacturing company, with experience in ERP systems, experienced in doing forecasting and cost analysis ・Proficient in MS Office ・Enthusiastic, results driven, has solid problem solving and analytical skills and attitude to make a significant contribution to the site's progress. <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experienced with barcode systems
